Nos techniciens interviennent directement à l’étude pour numériser vos minutes, dossiers, RCP dans les régles de confidentialités les plus strictes. Nous procédons à la numérisation des actes notariés avec nos scanners de productions et scanner à plans pour les formats au delà du A3.

Un traitement est appliqué sur les images afin de les nettoyer, redresser, recadrer et supprimer les tâches pouvant être présente sur les actes.

Une saisie manuelle est effectuée pour enrichir les actes de métadonnées (numéro de répertoire, la date de signature, les comparants, nature de l’acte…).
